The proposed Gender Equality Law in the Philippines will be basically flawed because men and women by nature can never be equal. Example, infidelity by a woman can never be equal to infidelity by a man.

This would irk a lot of feminists, who believe gender equality is possible, and yet are in denial because their ideas don’t really reflect that. Even in India, the government proposes reservations for women in universities, offices and even the parliament! They are creating more differences than equality

There is a gross misconception (as perpetuated in itself by over-zealous and misinformed feminists) that gender equality is about pitting the male and female one on one.

Actually, gender equality means equality in opportunity, rights, even responsibilities towards progress and development. It’s not a showdown of strength or popularity contest, as some have so erroneously thought for the longest time.

Well, people wouldn’t understand woould they? It is because of the black and white thinking. They fail to understand that there are many other shades in between and pitting man against woman is not the way to go
