The dumping of e-waste and toxic waste is, sadly, a global reality. Much of the Third World is garbage bin for the rich countries. This toxic trade has redefined the meaning of colonial oppression.

Unfortunately, this latest toxic trade between Japan and the Philippines has already become a law in the Philippines.

First, Japan gives us a number of official development assistance a.k.a. development loans, next they ship their toxic waste to us.
