Suspected Moro Islamic Liberation Front rebels allegedly posing as evacuees in Maguindanao province have been arrested. Some rebels under Umbra Kato’s command have been infiltrating evacuation centers to evade arrest.

They’ve done that strategy. They are very well-trained in the foreign training camps for Muslim terrorists. They were running two such training camps for a while before the Philippine military flattened those camps.
