I don't understand mothers who don't breastfeed their babies despite breastfeeding is an absolute must.
This is extremely sad to see.

Shameful that Filipino mothers turned to other milk than to their own to feed their infants. I am shocked that they risked their babies like this. Even if tainted milk is not the question they should know mother's milk makes babies stronger to fight diseases.
