India and the Philippines have many things in common when it comes to cuisine, such as use of coco milk, curry, chillies, ginger, etc.

Hey Grace, Coco milk is used only in the south. In the North, coconuts aren’t used. But yes, we use chillies, ginger etc. Our cuisine is influenced by the middle east and the central Asian hordes.

Oh. The Indian influence in Philippine cooking is really via Malaysia, I guess. The Arab influence isn’t really very strong over here.
