With police cars wailing behind him, a 10-year-old boy sped and swerved at up to 90 kilometres (56 miles) an hour along a Norwegian highway before he was finally forced to a halt.

These kids are getting too good behind the wheel and this news comes as no surprise to me. I saw a tot of the same age driving a car today and I was zapped to see him do it without the fear of any cops around. This is debatable and people have actually started pushing for lowering the age of eligible drivers on the road. The only hurting factor is the amount of teen deaths so the fate of the decision really hangs in the balance and the law stays as it is. We just hope that it changes at the right time. Another stage of human evolution could see the plan through.
