As the scandal over melamine-tainted milk products continued to be discussed, two canned goods which are said to have come from China tested positive for cadmium, a heavy metal compound that could cause cancer.

I think that, unless the Chinese control what comes out of the country, the Chinese economy will quite simply start losing exports - exports the country so badly needs. We’re not there yet, but.....

Their quality control is so shot!
In China’s effort to flood the world with cheap products, there’s more to this than just lapse in quality control.
