They are being given a legal permission to enter the US, and possibly be citizens there eventually. The US must feel like having criminal suspects being allowed by law to enter your home. Scary, at the least. Annoying, at the most. :0

The Uighurs have no life or living to go back to in China. Thousands of Uighurs have been detained for political reasons in recent years over there. Many still languish in jail.
